OK, I hardly have time to keep up with this blog so I don't know what I am thinking starting a Facebook page. But I have to admit that it is the best and easiest way to find long lost friends/family...assuming they have facebook pages as well. I have found so many old friends that I have wanted to contact for so long it has been a great week- and it was my first week! I am excited to be able to keep in touch with so many friends from High School to coworkers to BYU to someone just down the street!
If any of you have thought 'I wonder how ______(insert long lost friends name here) is doing?' in the past few years- you really should check it out! You can include contact information with no privacy problems, because you can make it so only those people who you approve as 'friends' are able to see your profile. It only takes a few minutes to set up and was really easy...obviously, since I have done it. I know that this type of thing is easy to spend way too much time on, but since everyone's schedules are different it has been a really easy way to catch up with people all over the country in just a few minutes. Kinda cool. I still really love the bloggin' thing! Totally different- but equally fun. I was able to set up a link on Facebook to this blog, and vice versa- a link to my Facebook page on this blog- see sidebar...
I might seem a bit too enthusiastic about this, but it has been so much fun reconnecting with so many friends I am giddy! If you are reading you know who you are (Cecia, Brooke, Amanda, Nicole, Rustin, Val, Keva, Dean, Rachel, Heidi, Angie...)
It is kindof fun to move into this century...albeit a bit late.
