I'm no foodie, I just like to eat!

I have been trying some new recipes and just HAD to share some pics!  :)  I didn't even take pics of some of our faves, some YUUUUMMMMMMY Chinese dishes that were so awesome! :)  Now these won't make the cover of any food magazine, but since I can't share a bite...I shall share a byte...*snicker*  tee hee, computer humor...I KILL me! ;)  (I know, I know...I am SUCH a nerd!)

One of our family FAVORITES:

Crock Pot Pork Roast...as you can see, the girls couldn't even wait

to start eating until we all sat down at the table

...a SURE sign of yumminess!

My first try at Flan...looked pretty, tasted OK

but I need to work on the texture- less gelatin-y and more creamy!

Oh, THIS was a good one!

Josh BBQed these marinated Chicken Breasts on the grill,

AND he sauted and then grilled the asparagus too!

The Baked Ranch Potatoes were my contribution

definately a good dinner THAT night!

Homemade from scratch baked mac-n-cheese.

nuff said.

Just LOOK at the ooey gooey cheesiness...

*sigh*

Next time I make Beef & Broccoli or

Moo Goo Gai Pan i am SO taking a picture!
